The Exiles have suffered a double blow with the loss of Wigan pair Brett Finch and George Carmont for Saturday's clash with England.
Stand-off Finch and centre Carmont, who scored the match-winning try in last year's inaugural Origin game at Leeds,.were both injured in the Warriors' 36-14 Super League win over Catalan Dragons on Saturday.
As expected, Catalan forwards Lopini Paea and Louis Anderson have also been withdrawn after picking up knocks in the same match.
And Huddersfield forward Luke O'Donnell together with Warrington hooker Michael Monaghan have failed to shake off long-standing injuries.
Coach Daniel Anderson has called up Wigan front rower Epalahame Lauaki, taking his squad up to 17, and will add an 18th man later today.
