Wales have named "a mixture of youth and experience" in their squad for Saturday's international against France.
The Welsh have had to make wholesale changes from their 2011 Four Nations squad due to injuries, retirements and unavailability, while they are also unable to call on their Australia-based players.
As a result, Castleford's Daniel Fleming joins experienced club-mate Jacob Emmitt in the squad for the first time while Leeds' Ollie Olds, London Broncos' Michael Channing, Wigan's Rhys Pugsley and Keighley's Craig Moss are other potential debutants.
South Wales Scorpions and North Wales Crusaders each provide four players in the 21-man squad for the Racecourse Ground clash.
Crusaders' Wrexham-born brothers Owain and Iwan Brown, both former Wales Student internationals, will be hoping to make their Test debuts on their home ground.
Wales coach Iestyn Harris said: "We'll have a squad with a mixture of youth and experience. There will be a few debutants who are supported by some old hands.
"This match against France is an essential part of our preparations for the 2013 World Cup which we are jointly hosting here in Wales.
"It will enable us to showcase the Welsh talent that we have in both Super League and those who are coming through the ranks at various levels of the game."
