Bottom side Widnes Vikings hand a debut to on-loan hooker Paul McShane in Sunday's Stobart Super League match against Huddersfield Giants.
McShane has joined from Leeds Rhinosuntil the end of the season and replaces the Vikings' suspended captain Jon Clarke for the visit of the fourth-placed Giants. Widnes are boosted by the return to fitness of back rower Dave Allen.
Huddersfield, bidding to end a run of three straight losses, are also without their skipper, Kevin Brown, due to suspension.
Lee Gilmour, Larne Patrick, Aaron Murphy, Jacob Fairbank and Jamie Cording are vying to replace Joe Wardle and David Faiumu, who have been left out of the side that lost to Salford at the Magic Weekend.
"It will be a fast pitch, a good track," said Giants coach Nathan Brown, referring to the Stobart Stadium's artificial surface.
"We have just got to go and put in a good performance as they are definitely a better team at home.
"They have had two wins there and nearly beat Catalans. That seems to be where they play their best football on that surface."
