Hull FC will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run to three against last year's losing Grand Finalists Warrington Wolves at the KC Stadium.
The Black and Whites have responded well to losing their opening game at Leeds while Warrington came out on top of a bruising encounter with the previously unbeaten Catalan Dragons last week.
Hull FC head coach Peter Gentle has named scrum-half Brett Seymour and centre Joe Arundel as part of his 19-man squad, although both are expected to miss out again with Arundel due to play for York City Knights against Halifax on Sunday.
Gentle has already confirmed winger Tom Lineham will be given a first run out of the season, having impressed on a dual-registration deal with York that has seen him score four tries in two games for the Championship club.
The club are aiming to protect an unbeaten home run which extends back to April last year while the club's big off-season signing Gareth Ellis remains sidelined after suffering a stress fracture in his foot in the warm-up against Leeds.
Warrington have named their squad, with Adrian Morley (bicep), Ben Harrison (hernia) and Lee Briers (neck) all missing through injury, while Ben Westwood serves a one-match suspension.
Westwood was sin-binned in last Friday's success over the Dragons and was subsequently charged by the RFL, who have now handed out a one-match ban to the experienced forward.
