London Broncos are set to welcome back half-backs Craig Gower and Michael Witt and Michael Robertson from injury for the clash with Wakefield Wildcats.
Matt Cook is also poised to make his first Super League appearance since May after recovering from knee surgery.
Shane Gray, Michael McMeeken and Luke Dorn all drop out of the side that lost at Huddersfield.
Wakefield could be unchanged after prop forwards Kyle Amor and Justin Poore shook off injuries they received in the win over Hull KR.
Scrum-half Tim Smith and Andy Raleigh are likely to continue after their successful comebacks in the Wildcats first win against Hull KR.
Wakefield Wildcats head coach Richard Agar told the club's official website: ""He (Amor) got a knock on the head but he's alright, he passed a head test earlier in the week so he's had a full weeks training and we came through relatively unscathed which was another pleasing factor."
