Castleford have expressed their unhappiness with the altered kick-off time for next Saturday's Super League game at Catalan Dragons.
Match brought forward because of French TV
The match in Perpignan, which will be the first for new Tigers coach Daryl Powell, has been moved from 6pm to 3pm after the Rugby Football League accepted a request from French television.
Castleford insist they objected to the late alteration because of the disruption caused to fans who put their travel arrangements in place weeks ago.
A club spokesman said: "The Tigers would like to make fans aware that the decision has been made by the RFL despite our objection to the change as we believe that the late notice is unfair to our travelling fans."
