St Helens could be boosted by the return of three key players as they look to stop Huddersfield doing the double over them on Monday night.
Club stalwarts James Roby and Paul Wellens are both set to make their comebacks from injury and Francis Meli has now completed his suspension.
The inclusion of the trio could provide a timely fillip for Saints, who have won just once in their previous five Super League outings and were thumped 48-22 by Warrington at Magic Weekend in Manchester last weekend.
Their solitary victory in that run did come in front of the Sky Sports cameras in the first Monday night fixture of the season, though, as Tom Makinson crossed twice to help them get the better of Leeds at Headingley.
Coach Nathan Brown, who could hand a debut to loan signing Gareth O'Brien, is hopeful his side can put a string of good results together now their injury issues are subsiding slightly - starting against his former employers.
"We just need to get a little consistency now we are starting to get numbers of players back now," the Australian said.
"The more different people play together, hopefully we can gain some consistency and that's the real key."
Giants boss Paul Anderson - who was Brown's assistant before stepping up to the top job last season - is also able to recall some big-hitters himself as his in-form team look to win home and away against Saints for the first time in the Super League era.
Back on the opening weekend of the campaign the Giants stunned Saints 40-4 at Langtree Park, making it a miserable home debut for their old boss.
Joe Wardle has now served his two-match suspension for punching Leeds' Carl Ablett in the Tetley's Challenge Cup fifth-round tie back on May 11.
Michael Lawrence and David Faiumu are also back after spells on the sidelines and are included in Huddersfield's 19-man squad for the game at the John Smith's Stadium.
Huddersfield: Grix, Cudjoe, Wardle, McGillvary, Brough, Robinson, Crabtree, Lunt, Kopczak, Ferres, Faiumu, Lawrence, Patrick, Ta'ai, Murphy, Cording, Ferguson, Mullally, Dwyer.
