Hull FC will have England internationals Tom Briscoe, Gareth Ellis and Danny Tickle back in their line-up to face Wakefield at the KC Stadium on Monday night.
Black and Whites head coach Peter Gentle is promising changes to the side which lost to Castleford 30-28 last week.
Gentle told the club's website: "I've got 29 fit players to pick from this week which is the most I've had since I've been at the club. It's a welcome position to be in and we have to make the most of it as I know how quickly things can turn.
"It's been tough this week, we've used it as like a mini pre-season with the 10-day turnaround and we've put a heap of work into them.
"We had a session in the rain yesterday and I was very pleased with the intensity and the sharpness of it. We gave them a chance to freshen up on Thursday and there was very little dropped ball yesterday on the back of that.
"The intensity has lifted right across the board this week. None of us were happy with the last two games but it's not the end of the world either. It's probably a part of our development as a team and we were maybe getting a few too many pats on the back for how we were going.
"We've been soft in one or two little areas individually over the last couple of weeks and maybe one or two people have cut a couple of corners, but we've got back to hard work this week and we are expecting a response against Wakefield."
Wakefield have won their last two games and the only change to the Wildcats' 19-man squad sees hooker Paul Aiton come in for young second-rower Lucas Walshaw.
The Papua New Guinea international missed last week's 46-14 victory over London through suspension for a dangerous tackle in the win at Salford.
Wildcats assistant coach James Webster told the club's website: "We're pretty much similar to last week, I couldn't imagine anyone will be fit to play that wasn't last week so it will be a pretty similar team.
"Paul Aiton will be available this week and he has been good for us, he's probably been our most consistent player for a long period of time.
"I think he adds a little bit of steel to us in the middle and he is a really tough competitor which helps the makeup of our side because he can play a little bit of loose-forward if possible. So we're looking forward to Paul coming back."
