Cheeky tackle by Nradford Bulls
Bradford say that their decision to bring forward the Good Friday clash with Leeds by 24-hours is to help with player welfare.
The game against the Rhinos will now take place at Odsal on Thursday April 17 (8pm), after the move was agreed by the two clubs and the RFL.
A Bulls spokesperson said: "It has been well-documented, in recent years, that the two-day turnaround between games – over the Easter weekend – has proven detrimental to the players' health and welfare.
"We believe this move will give the athletes on show the best chance possible of recovering from what is likely to be a bruising encounter, ahead of another crunch clash against last year's Super League champions, Wigan Warriors, which follows on the Monday."
