Paul McShane (left): Wakefield hooker to face disciplinary hearing
Wakefield hooker Paul McShane will face a Rugby Football League disciplinary hearing on Tuesday after being charged with a dangerous tackle.
McShane is accused of making dangerous contact with Hull KR forward Rhys Lovegrove during the Wildcats' 44-6 Super League defeat on Sunday.
He is facing a grade C charge, which carries a ban of two to three matches.
Bradford second rower Tom Olbison has also been charged with a grade C dangerous tackle on Widnes forward Danny Tickle during the Bulls' 22-18 defeat on Sunday.
He has until 11am on Tuesday to submit an early-guilty plea and avoid a hearing.
McShane and Olbison were charged by the RFL's match-review panel, which handed formal cautions to Shaun Lunt (Huddersfield), Tony Clubb (Wigan) and Gregory Mounis (Catalan Dragons).
