Leeds v Wigan preview
Both Wigan & Leeds got their Super 8s campaigns off to winning starts, and a Warriors win would see them draw level on points with the Rhinos at the top of the table.
The meeting will be the fourth between the cross pennine rivals in 2015 with Wigan winning two fo the previous three but Leeds coming out on top last time out at Headingley.
Shaun Wane makes just one change to his 19-man squad with Ryan Sutton coming in for Joe Burgess who is expected to be back in contention next week.
Speaking about his side taking on Leeds, Wigan boss Wane said: “They’re the best team in the competition, they’re very consistent and are playing a good brand of rugby.
“They were impressive against Warrington, if we go there and are competitive we give ourselves a chance. “You play Leeds at home or away it’s a tough game. I like going there, the crowd get behind them and it’s intense.”
Leeds Rhinos forwards Stevie Ward and Mitch Achurch have been named in Brian McDermott's 19 man squad to face Wigan
Achurch has been out for ten weeks following wrist surgery whilst Ward has not featured since suffering an ankle injury in the win over St Helens back in July.
The Rhinos are without Jamie Jones-Buchanan (quad), Paul Aiton (broken arm) and Liam Sutcliffe (knee).
