Hull KR are without James Donaldson for Sunday's Super League home tie with Wakefield Wildcats.
Second rower Donaldson suffered a dislocated thumb in last weekend's defeat at Warrington, but prop James Greenwood is poised to return after missing that match through concussion.
Centre Liam Salter and utility back Ryan Shaw are both named in Chris Chester's 19-man squad as the Robins seek their first Super League win of the season.
Wakefield are also without a victory after defeats to Widnes and Castleford in the opening two rounds.
Forward Chris Annakin is set to make his first appearance of the season in place of injured captain Danny Kirmond and winger Tom Johnstone is recalled in place of Ashley Gibson, with Bill Tupou moving to centre.
"We put the Castleford Tigers defeat behind us quickly and we have been working extremely hard this week, especially with our combinations and our defensive combinations," said Wakefield head coach Brian Smith.
