Saints wingerTommy Makinson is likely to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury
The 24-year-old will miss the rest of the season with the injury. He has been one of Saints' top performers this season and will be sorely missed by boss Keiron Cunningham.
The winger had scored four tries for Saints this year, which is joint-highest alongside Joe Greenwood and Matty Dawson.
Morgan Knowles has been recalled to the squad in place of Makinson.
Meanwhile for Hull, Carlos Tuimavave, Mark Minichiello, Sika Manu, Mahe Fonua and Frank Pritchard are set to return to action after all five missed the 26-24 win over Warrington Wolves on Easter Monday.
Tuimavave suffered a concussion in the Hull derby on Good Friday, but is said to have been given the all-clear, while Minichiello has recovered from neck spasms.
Manu has missed the last two matches due to a short illness, while Pritchard and Fonua are expected to return to the 17-man gameday squad after being rested against the Wolves.
