Castleford's Ryan McGoldrick and Matt James of Wakefield will appear before the Rugby Football League's disciplinary committee on Wednesday charged with foul play.
Tigers utility back McGoldrick is facing a grade B offence of striking Widnes forward Steve Pickersgill with his forearm or elbow during his side's 36-12 win over the Vikings at the Probiz Coliseum.
James, meanwhile, is accused of using his elbow on St Helens forward Carl Forster during his side's 38-12 defeat at Langtree Park last Friday.
Neither player is eligible to take an early-guilty plea so will be facing a suspension of up two matches if found guilty by the committee.
The RFL's match-review panel also issued formal cautions to London Broncos winger Kieron Dixon, Leeds centre Carl Ablett, Hull second rower Willie Manu and Salford stand-off Daniel Holdsworth.
