Brett Kearney's secret behind his red-hot try-scoring run is a load of rubbish.
Or more accurately, it is the dross that the Bradford Bulls star has ditched from his diet.
Full-back Kearney has scored in all six Super League rounds so far and his tally of eight is already more than halfway to his previous best total of 15.
He said: "Changing my diet is a big part of my improvement. I've got a lot more energy now.
"The afternoon pizzas have gone, and all the other picky food that was bad for me."
Kearney admits that he knew his love of pizza and burgers was bad for him but said it was easy to ignore the warnings in the past.
He said: "We used to have the odd lecture about food but now we've got a dietician working with the whole squad.
"The club monitors what we eat and the supplements we take at training and we carry it on when we go home.
"The whole squad has bought into the diet plan and that, along with what we're doing in training, is why we're looking so good."
Bradford are currently lying third but the Aussie said: "Third doesn't mean anything at this stage, but it's nice to know we are moving forward."
Jamie Langley, Chev Walker, Matty Blythe and Matt Diskin are all doubtful for Sunday's home clash with Hull KR but Adrian Purtell could be in line for a return.
