Salford have completed the signing of Melbourne Storm's Junior Sa'u.
The New Zealand international has agreed a two-year contract and will join the club ahead of the 2014 Super League season.
Sa'u can play at back row or in the three-quarters, and his signing has been weclomed by Reds coach Brian Noble.
"Junior is box office," Noble told the club website. "He is an explosive talent and every time I have seen him play in the NRL or for New Zealand he has been an absolute handful.
"He is young and coming into the peak of his career. We are really looking forward to him being a big part of what is going to happen here."
Salford owner Dr Marwan Koukash said: "Junior certainly is a top-quality player and we are delighted to have signed him.
"It is a clear statement of our intent as we prepare for the 2014 campaign. It's the first of many top exciting signings.
"Junior is the kind of player who can have a very big impact on games. It is what I mean about having a box office attraction. I am really looking forward to seeing him in Salford colours."
