Castleford Tigers have made two changes to their squad ahead of Sunday's Super League clash with St Helens at the Wish Communications Stadium.
Prop Ben Davies has recovered from a hamstring injury to take his place in Daryl Powell's Tigers squad while Dan Fleming misses out.
Following a three-match suspension, Justin Carney is welcomed back into the 19-man squad at the expense of winger James Clare.
"Carney is a great player to bring back," Powell said. "It's tough on James Clare who misses out but he is just one of those players who you would have in your team if you have the opportunity."
Back-to-back wins have seen the Tigers elevated to 12th in the Super League standings and Powell believes the return of Carney will only bolster their bid to progress further.
"The form of the team is great and he's coming into a confident group so we're looking forward to seeing him back," he added.
Similarly, Saints coach Nathan Brown has also made two changes to the squad which lost 24-12 to Hull KR last time out.
Prop Luke Thompson has been recalled to the squad with forward Stuart Howarth missing out on a place in the travelling party.
Young forward Greg Richards, 19, looks set to make his Super League bow having been preferred to Mark Percival.
Saints have won their last 10 meetings against Castleford with the hosts last win recorded at The Jungle, as it was called, in April 2008.
