Huddersfield v Catalans preview
Giants coach Paul Anderson has named an unchanged squad for the visit of Catalans Dragons on Sunday.
Full-back Jordan Tansey keeps his place following a try-scoring debut in Huddersfield's win over Hull KR last week.
The victory was Huddersfield's first in Super League this season, and it was a relieving one according to Giants prop Eorl Crabtree.
"It was fantastic to get the two points," said Crabtree. "I think we were lacking a bit in confidence and I think that showed in the way that we played.
"But after a while that disappeared and we started to get points on the board and we grew in confidence."
Should the Giants follow it up with another win this weekend, they will leapfrog their French opponents who currently occupy eighth spot in the standings.
Catalans on the other hand have former Leeds hooker Paul Aiton back from a torn bicep he sustained on his debut six weeks ago, but they are forced to do without second rower Justin Horo who was injured in last week's loss to the Wolves.
Winger Jodie Broughton returns to the John Smith's Stadium to face his old team-mates, and Crabtree is expecting a stern test from the visitors.
"It is always tough against Catalans," said Crabtree. "They have got some big lads in the middle of the field and some great skill out wide as well.
"Todd Carney is a fantastic player and Richie Myler has found a bit of form and a bit of freedom since moving there.
"They are a dangerous team all over the field and we have got to make sure that we get on top of them and match them physically."
